Q: What is the best way to care for my jewelry?
A: To preserve your new jewelry, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water or harsh substances. If your jewelry does come in contact with water please lighter wipe off with a soft cloth. All our jewelry is plated brass so they will naturally tarnish over time when exposed to body oil and other elements. We always recommend storing in our pouch to keep it safe and prolong each piece
Q: What if my jewelry breaks?
A: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, telephone number and a brief description of the problem (pictures help too!). We will email you back with 48 hours to give you instruction on how to proceed.
Q: Is you jewelry nickel free?
A: Yes. We use surgical steel ear posts for all our jewelry.
